Joining Live Webinars

We use a website called ClickMeeting for our webinars, you don’t need to download any software to access this. Use the following resources to make sure you can access the meeting:

  • Please check your computer settings using the ClickMeeting Connection Tester

  • Ask your IT team to check your firewall will allow you access to the ClickMeeting webinar. Find out more in the Optimal Firewall Configuration document.

  • If you find you are stuck in the waiting room, or on an authorisation screen, it may be the firewall that is blocking you.
