Student activity report
You can download an Excel spreadsheet with homework completion data across the entire school and academic year by in a single place in the Reporting section of Sparx Science.
This includes
On-time and all-time completion
Independent Learning (IL) challenge completion
Class and reg groups
Homework lengths and levels
You can optionally include:
Demographic data such as PP, FSM and gender
Rewards data such as XP and XP levels
Teacher names
The report does not currently show:
Time spent on homework
Combined student activity report
This report contains homework completion data for all Sparx systems used by your school. This includes year to date averages, as well as a week by week breakdown.
There is still an option to add student demographic data to the report.
Student rewards information is not available on this report, as the focus is completely on homework completion

Why does Sparx not include SEND data?
Why does Sparx not include SEND data?
We have previously considered adding SEND flags to the Homework Completion Report, but chose not to proceed.
The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) consider such data to be 'special category data', which needs more protection than other categories of data.
To retrieve this data from your school's MIS, store it in our databases and display it in your Sparx site and any related reporting, we would have to demonstrate a significant need, and we'd need to ask all schools to agree to updated privacy terms.
