Why are we developing flashcard practice?
We know how important it is that your students are secure in core knowledge. Flashcard tasks give students lots of quickfire retrieval so that they have it at their fingertips.
What topics have flashcards available?
We have created flashcards covering core knowledge across Biology and Chemistry AQA GCSE.
We are currently working on Physics, KS3 and Edexcel ahead of September 2025.
How can I set flashcards?
Flashcards is currently in pilot and you can register interest here.
For schools in the pilot:
If homework contains AQA Biology or Chemistry topics, Flashcards tasks will automatically be added.
The rest of the homework will be slightly shorter so that the overall length is unchanged.
There's no change to how you currently set homework in Sparx Science.
